Acid Yellow GL - Introduction
Acid Yellow 114(Acid Yellow 114) is an organic dye with the chemical name of Yellow 2G(Yellow 2G) and its chemical formula is C16H13N4NaO7S2. It belongs to triphenylmethane dyes and has acidic properties.
Acid Yellow 114 is mainly used for textile dyeing, and can be used for dyeing wool, silk, cotton and other materials. Its bright color, with good permeability and coloring properties.
The dye is generally prepared by the reaction of aniline and sodium sulfite. The preparation method is to react aniline with nitric acid to produce nitrobenzene, and then nitrobenzene with sodium sulfite to produce Acid Yellow 114.
